PatchSee 4.9m Cat 5e RJ 45 Patch Cables feature optical fibre identification. Designed and individually tested for connecting the network equipment to patch panel and network user outlet. They are warranted for Cat 5e TIA/EIA-568-B-2.1 June 2002 Channel test on a Permanent Link certified for transmission frequencies of up to 100 MHz.

When you need to re-route or change a patch cable in a crowded cabling cabinet, you can't be 100% sure you'll pick the right cable, unless both ends are clearly identified. Disconnecting the wrong cables may break security or vital processes and cost your enterprise unpredictable downtimes. As a solution to these drawbacks we have introduced this range of PatchSee patented patch cords that feature two embedded plastic optic fibres. No need to unplug the cable, just place the Light Injector over the RJ45 plug at one end and the opposite end will light up for 100% failsafe identification
